There are only a few days left until the due date for the first round submission of the Career Branding Contest!! Below are a few tips that we believe will help you in completing your entry proposal.



👉Profile LinkedIn Checklist

With the entry LinkedIn account, you should make sure your account achieved 🌟All-Star Status 🌟 yet. In order to achieve this, we must fill in all the basic personal information, set an avatar, verify account and do not forget to write some impressive self-introduction lines.


👉Planning Method

You must be wondering if your proposal has all the needed requirements or legitimate structure. If so, you should research some method for building an effective proposal, which we would give you brief description of some of famous organizing method used in business.


🎯OKR Model

At the beginning of the planning progress, you must clearly identify goals and expected outcomes, which OKR model can help in optimizing time and resources in your proposal by 2 main keywords:

  • Objectives: You identify from 2 to 5 objectives with detailed description, time frame for what you want to achieve.

  • Key results: With each objective, you need to set 3 to 5 main outcomes with measurement for process evaluation.


❓5W2H Model

Before working on a specific proposal, to clearly identify problems, objectives and causes for each action, the organizations have applied the 5W2H model. With this model, the organizer will answer to below questions:

  • What: Identify the task

  • Why: The purpose of the task

  • When: The time when the task is conducted with a beginning and ending time frame.

  • Where: The place to do the task

  • Who: The person in charge or collaborate on the task.

  • How: How the work is going to be done.

  • How much: The required budget, resources for the task

💡 SMART Method

Lastly, inspired from 2 above model, SMART method summarize all the requirements into 5 main criteria:

  • Specific: Specify and describe exactly objectives to evaluate the feasibility of the task.

  • Measurable: Determine the measurement of work effectiveness with specific statistics.

  • Achievable: Evaluate the feasibility and practival through expected timeline and required element to get the task done

  • Relevant: Ensure the connection between set out goals and the value or improvement toward the final objective.

  • Time bound: Set time frame and detailed schedule by identifying long term or short term goals.

Before submitting your work, make sure to check throughout for the final time. You should look into grammar and spelling as well as the visibility of attached files. After that, you should submit your work ASAP to receive a special voucher from us. ✌️
